Everyone says they are better, so what exactly is it that makes us different from other companies?

We pay our housekeepers more and treat them with respect so we have less turnover.  We are selective about who we hire, on each housekeeper we do an extensive background check and we train our people better.  We pay  Our Team Leaders additional bonuses directly related to the customer's satisfaction report, and they are the ones who send the cleaners back to re-clean the bathroom, when the corners of the showers were not to our standards. 

We have invested heavily in effective training and management systems.

We care, and we believe in continuous improvement.  We are better this week than we were last week, and next week we'll do better yet.  It really is that simple.
