Can I use you only occasionally?

Absolutely.  Most such work is performed on an hourly basis, and can usually be arranged on short notice.

How do you charge for your Services?

Recurring assignments account for most of our total revenue, and  are mostly performed on a fixed-fee basis. 

These fees are most often established by one of our managers giving you an In-Home Price quote. 

Most occasional or one-off housekeeping assignments are performed for an hourly fee.

Can I get a price quote over the phone or on your website?

Yes, definitively. Just keep in mind that the prices we give you on the phone or that you obtain on our website are "ESTIMATES".

Since the price is given base on the information you provide, we have to set a time limit for our services.

Most of the times the service can be performed without exceeding the time limit and without incurring in extra fees.

What happens if I need more time?

Usually we can arrange for our team to stay at your residence for an extended period of time with a predetermined hourly fee.

At this point you decide for how many more hours our housekeepers will remain at your residence.

What protection do I have?

Our services are completely guaranteed, what ever the housekeepers accomplish in the allowed time, is to be to your satisfaction, otherwise, we will re-do it.

Since no one is exempt of accidents, just in case, we carry a $2,000,000.00 liability insurance policy and a $50,000.00 bond.
